If you need to remove a ticket from your event, follow these simple steps to delete it from your event dashboard.
Steps to Delete a Ticket
Log in to Your Account
Go to Jetron Ticket Admin and log in to your account.
Navigate to Your Event Dashboard
On your dashboard, locate the event for which you want to delete tickets.
Click on the event to open the event management page.
Access the Ticket Management Section
Under the Manage Event section, click on Tickets.
This will open the Manage Tickets page where you can view all the tickets associated with your event.
Find the Ticket You Want to Delete
Scroll through the list of tickets and find the one you wish to remove.
Delete the Ticket
Important Notes:
Once a ticket is deleted, it cannot be restored.
If attendees have already purchased the ticket, you may need to handle refunds separately.
