Keeping your event details up to date ensures your attendees have the most accurate information. Follow these steps to update your event:
Step 1: Access Your Event Settings
Log in to your Jetron Ticket account.
Navigate to your Dashboard.
Click on Manage Events to view all the events you've created.
Step 2: Select the Event to Update
Locate the event you want to edit from the list.
Click on the Settings button to open the event details page.
Step 3: Make Updates
Scroll down to find different icons for Preview Event and Update Event.
Click Update Event to modify the necessary details, such as:
Event name
Date & time
Location
Ticket details
Event description
Guest list
Media uploads
Step 4: Save Changes
After making the necessary edits, click Save or Update to confirm your changes.
You will receive a confirmation that your event has been successfully updated.
Step 5: Preview Your Event
Click Preview Event to see how your event appears to potential attendees.
Ensure all changes are correctly displayed before finalizing.
