How to update your event

Keeping your event details up to date ensures your attendees have the most accurate information. Follow these steps to update your event:

Step 1: Access Your Event Settings

  1. Log in to your Jetron Ticket account.

  2. Navigate to your Dashboard.

  3. Click on Manage Events to view all the events you've created.

Step 2: Select the Event to Update

  1. Locate the event you want to edit from the list.

  2. Click on the Settings button to open the event details page.

Step 3: Make Updates

  1. Scroll down to find different icons for Preview Event and Update Event.

  2. Click Update Event to modify the necessary details, such as:

    • Event name

    • Date & time

    • Location

    • Ticket details

    • Event description

    • Guest list

    • Media uploads

Step 4: Save Changes

  1. After making the necessary edits, click Save or Update to confirm your changes.

  2. You will receive a confirmation that your event has been successfully updated.

Step 5: Preview Your Event

  • Click Preview Event to see how your event appears to potential attendees.

  • Ensure all changes are correctly displayed before finalizing.
