Deleting an event removes it from the platform, this has no effect on your payout but it affects your dashboard statistics like number of attendees and number of events.
Steps to delete an event
Go to Manage Events
Log in to your Jetron Ticket admin dashboard.
Navigate to the Events section.
Access Event Settings
Click on the event you want to publish.
In the event details section, select Danger zone.
Confirm delete event or move to draft
Select the delete option or move to draft.
Enter otp confirmation code.
Important Notes:
If you mistakenly publish an event, you can still manage its visibility by adjusting the settings.
Deleting an event will permanently remove it from public view and cannot be undone.
Ensure all event details, including date, ticket options, and descriptions, are correctly set before publishing.
