Our Payout Structure

Jetron Ticket offers simple, predictable payouts, settling event revenue to your Jetron Wallet or bank account on the next business day.

Written by Tosin

At Jetron Ticket, we know how important it is for event hosts to access their earnings on time. That’s why our payout process is designed to be simple, transparent, and predictable.

Business Days Matter

Payouts are processed on the next business day after ticket sales are completed.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If a payout date falls on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next available business day.

For example:

Ticket sales completed on Monday are paid out on Tuesday.

Ticket sales completed on Friday are paid out on the next business day.

Ticket sales completed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

Jetron Wallet Payouts

If you have a Jetron Wallet linked to your account, your ticket revenue will be settled directly into your wallet on the next business day.

Jetron Wallets can only be created through the Jetron Ticket mobile app.

Your Jetron Wallet is always prioritized as your primary payout destination. This means that even if you create an event through the website, your earnings will still be paid into your Jetron Wallet if one exists on your account.

Once your funds are available in your wallet, you can withdraw them to your bank account at any time.

Direct Bank Payouts

If you do not have a Jetron Wallet set up, your ticket revenue will be paid directly to your designated bank account on the next business day.

Why We Use This Structure

Before payouts are released, transactions go through verification and reconciliation checks to help:

  1. Confirm successful payments.

  2. Reduce fraud and chargeback risks.

  3. Ensure funds are settled accurately.

Whether your earnings are paid directly to your bank account or settled into your Jetron Wallet, our goal is to give you a payout experience that is clear, reliable, and easy to understand.
