Tickets purchased on Jetron Ticket can be easily accessed through the Jetron Ticket mobile app. Simply sign in or create an account using the same email address you used during checkout, and your purchased tickets will automatically appear in the My Tickets section of the app for easy access and event entry.
Step 1: Download and Open the App
Download the Jetron Ticket app.
Open the app on your device.
Step 2: Sign In or Create an Account
Sign in using the same email address used when purchasing your ticket.
If you don’t already have an account, create one using that email address.
Step 3: Navigate to Your Profile
Once in profile, tap My Tickets from the navigation menu.
All tickets associated with your email address will appear here.
Step 4: View Your Ticket
Select the event ticket you’d like to view.
Your QR code and ticket details will be displayed.
Can’t Find Your Ticket?
Make sure:
You’re logged in with the same email used during checkout.
You’ve checked your ticket purchase confirmation email.
Your payment was successful.
You’re using the latest version of the app.

Your ticket is now available on the app and can be presented at the event entrance for validation and entry.
