Collaborators allow you to work with other team members on your event. You can invite team members, assign them a role, and manage their access to the event.

Viewing Your Collaborators

To view the collaborators for an event:

  1. Log in to your Jetron Ticket account.

  2. Go to Events and select the event you want to manage.

  3. Under Settings, select Collaborators.

  4. You’ll see a list of collaborators associated with the event.

The collaborator list displays:

  • Collaborator – The name of the team member.

  • Role – The role assigned to the collaborator.

  • Status – Shows whether the invitation or access has been approved.

  • Invited At – Shows when the collaborator was invited.

  • Actions – Available options for managing the collaborator.

Inviting a Collaborator

To invite someone to help manage your event:

  1. Go to Settings → Collaborators.

  2. Click Invite in the top-right corner.

  3. Enter the collaborator’s email address.

  4. Select the appropriate role from the Role dropdown.

  5. Review the information entered.

  6. Click Invite to send the invitation.

The collaborator will receive an invitation to join the event based on the role assigned to them.

Choosing a Collaborator Role

When inviting a collaborator, you must assign a role. Select the role that matches the level of access and responsibility you want the team member to have.

Tip: Only give collaborators the level of access they need to perform their responsibilities.

Managing Collaborator Access

After a collaborator has been invited, you can return to the Collaborators section to view their:

  • Name

  • Assigned role

  • Access status

  • Invitation date

  • Available management actions

This makes it easier to keep track of everyone helping you manage your event and their access to the event.
